How About a French Fry Bazooka?

These crazy M-er F-ers over at Make Magazine decided to shove a fresh potato into a cannon, launch it through a wire screen at 900 miles an hour, and have the diced potato land in a vat of frying oil below. Sounds....pretty awesome actually. They call it the Uber Tuber, although i like the name "Potato's worst enemy 5000" better.
